First Braid Out

This was our first attempt at a braid out....I think it turned out pretty well after her curls had faded yesterday I decided to just moisturize with some Cantu Shea Butter and put in 8 small braids I left in the 3 cornrows she already had and she slept in that. This morning I just took the braids out and spritzed her hair with a little bit of  water, conditioner mix then fluffed. I then accented with a flower clip that I made thanks to the advice from Nikki over at Intermittent Babbling and it was super simple to make here's the link http://intermittentbabbling.blogspot.com/2011/07/independence-daynational-afro-day-day.html


 Don't really have much else =) The following pictures are the princess on our outing today.

    AAWWWWWW! That Boo-Boo is tired. lol...You did a good job for your first try. My daughter braid outs always puff up & swell...lol Thanks for sharing. Peace & Blessings.
